Printing process
Imagine Studios’ wallpapers and grasscloths are made and digitally printed in the USA using water-based latex inks or vegetable dyes, respectively. These inks are odorless, and are certified by both ULECOLOGO and UL Greenguard Gold for low chemical emissions, and meet the AgBB criteria for low VOC emissions.
Wallpaper
Our wallpaper is made from sustainable and renewable resources, and FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) certified. This ensures responsible use of forest resources by a third party.
Grasscloth
Our sisal grasscloth is created from the fibers of the agave plant, which are hand woven by artisans on non-mechanized looms. This eco-friendly process ensures a smooth, tight weave that is free of slubs and knots. Backed with chemical free paper, this textile is naturally breathable, VOC-free and completely biodegradable.
Commercial and Hospitality applications
Our designs can be printed on Type II eco-friendly wallpaper that both complies with REACH requirements and supports LEED’s credits in new construction. This PVC-free, vinyl alternative is ideal for high traffic projects, including commercial and hospitality.
